February Before and After Party! | WHITE HOMES

Hey hey! So yeah, I totally forgot to do the Before and After Party in January. I mean, completely spaced it. Sooo, we're kicking off this party a little late for 2016, but it's here. :)

I had so much fun looking through all of the awesome projects from the last link up, as always. There are so many beautiful spaces and blogs out there. I'll highlight a few of my favorites first and then you can link up your posts (or just check them out)!

I adore Julie's kitchen, it is fabulous. The addition of the brick backsplash just put it over the top for me:

I have been wanting to use those bricks for years now…someday I'll find a spot. They look so good with the black cabinets!

I LOVE this project in Kammy's house -- she has a step down area in her kitchen and incorporated it into a super functional kitchen table:

One side is taller so there are counter stools -- the other side is a normal table height. Brilliant!

Jenny did such a beautiful job on her daughter's room. I've seen this room in person and can attest to that. :) I adore the bright, pretty colors in this space:

You really have to see how she transformed the nightstand -- I think that's my favorite part of the room.

Kaylee shared her living room makeover and I just loved those large prints over the sofa:

Her use of color is fantastic and she pulled it all together beautifully.

Angela's makeover of her son's room had me at the huge leaf over the bed:

She incorporated so many sweet touches in this space! I love the DIY art the most. Makes me miss my boy at this age! :)

I couldn't believe it when Katie said this subway tile backsplash was not really tile at all:
Peel and stick subway tile

Seriously! You won't believe that this is really peel and stick! What a fun project.

And finally, I had to share Karrah's project -- I've heard about these baseboards for some time now but had never seen them in action. What a HUGE difference:
Install baseboards over existing baseboards
The before and after is truly amazing and it seems so easy. I've done a similar treatment in our master bedroom but these are awesome. Thicker baseboards instantly make a room feel more high end.

I LOVE looking through the projects you link up every month! If you'd like to be considered for next month's recap, please include a link to TDC or copy and paste this button into your post:
